Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If damage occurs in shipping, we require photos of the damage submitted along with descriptions of the damage in order to file a claim on your behalf. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including pre-owned items, magazines, and limited-edition fashion products (unless there is a manufacturing fault with the item), and sale items. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Any item not in its original condition, or damaged

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, downloadable products, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it was damaged in shipping, or is a new product with a manufacturing fault. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
