Shipping policy
Processing time
Shipping processing time can take between 1-7 business days for purchases for new and pre-owned items, unless otherwise noted on the product page. You will be notified by email when your item has shipped, including the tracking information.
Shipping rates and delivery
Shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Untitled Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges required by the destination country, unless those charges were collected at checkout. Packages refused at delivery or abandoned in customs are not eligible for a refund of shipping charges, duties, or taxes.
Lost or missing packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, please monitor your tracking information. If your package appears lost, or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your building’s mail area, then contact info@untitledboutique.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged in shipping, contact info@untitledboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Please keep the item and all packaging while the claim is reviewed.
